  1. 1.STEPHEN BOOT T/A SITELLO ("Sitello" or “we”) respect the privacy of your personal information. This policy (together with any ancillary documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.

    2. b.If Sitello is contracted to providing you with a service or services at your request, you will receive relevant, informational messages as part of the service(s). We will only use the contact information you have provided to us for this purpose. The content of these messages will be strictly in the context of your service.
      Examples of these could be service status, billing, or maintenance messages.

      1. i.third party service providers or agents acting on behalf of Sitello strictly for the provision of your requested service(s); and

    1. a.The personal data that we collect from you will be stored on servers inside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). 

    2. b.By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. 

    3. c.It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of any login credentials, passwords, authentication tokens and/or encryption keys (“security details”) provided to you by Sitello or generated by Sitello services. Always use a trusted secure connection when transmitting personal data across the Internet. By disclosing your security details, you risk losing control of your personal information.

  6. 6.Cookies: Sitello may collect information about the device you’re using, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about Sitello users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
